1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
- Contact form – name and surname, e-mail address, phone (optional) and message text. We use this data solely to reply to your inquiry.
- Visit statistics – only with your consent we use Google Analytics 4, which collects anonymised data about how the website is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location).
- Server logs – IP address, time of access and browser type, for security and proper operation of the website.
3. Cookies
Necessary cookies remember your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
4. How long we keep data
Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for business communication, for a maximum of 2 years. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to object. You can send your request to info@petservis.ba. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
